Responsibilities

• Diagnose and respond to downtime events as the first responder
• Communicate downtime status between management and technical teams
• Coordinate workflow during urgent production issues and field technical questions
• Assist with training and onboarding of new department members
• Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned
• Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation
• Evaluate and maintain equipment to improve production efficiency and safety
• Assist management in scheduling maintenance projects
• Coordinate with contractors as needed

Job Summary

TheLeadTM QCC Maintenance is responsible forproviding additional leadership and guidance to the Maintenance Technicians during the work shift while serving as the first level of response and trouble-shooting for equipment breakdownsandregular preventative maintenance schedules for various Quality Control Center machinery and equipment

Duties And Responsibilities

• Diagnose and respond quickly to downtime issues, serving as the first responder todowntime events
• Effectively communicate between management team and technical team with regards to downtime events
• Serve as the work flow Coordinator providing guidance through urgent Production issues, triage issues and field technical questions to management regarding breakdowns and other equipment issues
• Assist with the training and orientation of new department team members
• Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
• Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation.
• Evaluate and maintain all equipment to ensure or improve production efficiency. Ensure equipment adheres to all applicable safety requirements.
• Assist management in scheduling maintenance projects.
• Work with contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.
