Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Buzza Lofts of Uptown in Minneapolis, MN. You will oversee the general upkeep of the property and supervise site maintenance staff, ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for residents.

Required are 2–3 years of maintenance experience with proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic appliance repairs; HVAC and EPA experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
