Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for estimates and totals.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work at heights.
• Experience in maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Leadership and training skills for supervising staff.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and codes.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians across multiple craft specialties.
• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and safe for staff, visitors, residents.
• Provide excellent customer service given direct occupant contact.
• Estimate labor and material costs for work orders.
• Coordinate with supervisors and report to Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and facilities and supervise crew duties.
