Job summary

Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Taylor Pointe, a 168-unit community in Vero Beach, Florida. You will oversee the general appearance and maintenance to ensure a quality living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, and supervising site staff. On-call duties may apply, with a trip stipend provided after hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
