Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform skilled maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment per SOPs and safety policies, while managing spare parts and supporting efficiency improvements across the facility.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong PLC and electrical skills, and the ability to mentor junior technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in industrial or facility maintenance.
• Experience with high-volume conveying systems and PLCs.
• Welding, piping, and boiler/heating systems experience.
• Mentoring junior technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical/electrical safety issues.
• Improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime through corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory and purchasing controls for parts and tools.
• Support installations, startups, and facility projects.
• Provide daily/weekly operational support for assets and equipment.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement projects.
