Position Overview:

As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our apartment complex, ensuring all facilities are in top-notch condition. You will lead a team of maintenance staff, perform repairs, and manage preventative maintenance tasks, all while providing outstanding service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and staff schedules.
• Perform routine inspections of the property to identify issues and necessary repairs.
• Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work.

Qualifications:
