Looking for an Experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for a Multi-Family Property located in the 290/610 area.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Replace/Repair air conditioners, appliances, plumbing, washer/dryer, water heaters, electrical systems, boilers, etc.
• Receive written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor
• Assist in maintaining the building and performing maintenance activities
• Notify supervisor of major repairs or additions needed for lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment
• Clean, adjust, and perform minor repairs to swimming pools and auxiliary equipment
• Ensure all make-ready tasks are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Must have A/C Certification

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED; or six years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
