Clifton Heights Apartments in Hamburg, NY, 130-unit community, seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for preserving the property's condition and functionality. Tasks include painting, HVAC installations, landscaping, and more. Reports to the Property Manager.

The role offers a salary of $26.00 per hour with an onsite housing benefit of 100% rent discount. On-site living is available, and the team oversees maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• HVAC Certification.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, schedule, and inspect work performed by the maintenance staff.
• Maintain a clean organized shop and inventory.
• Obtain bids on special projects.
• Work with the property manager to maintain the supply budget.
• Perform maintenance of general areas including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Assist in setting up ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows).
• Appliance repair and troubleshooting.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures.
• On-call responsibilities as assigned by property manager.

Salary: $26.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Clifton Heights Apartments has a great opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of our 130-unit residential apartment community. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc.
