Job Description
Responsible for maintaining the facility through preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, kitchen, HVAC, structural, and related systems. Serve as a shift/shop leader, sharing technical expertise with junior Maintenance Engineers.

• Follow all applicable regulations (e.g., Health, OSHA) and company policies.
• Respond to emergency situations such as fires, power outages, and leaks.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Repair electrical, plumbing fixtures, and perform painting as needed.
• Lead and train junior Maintenance Engineers.
• Assist with renovation projects.
• Communicate effectively with department staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee and follow up on work performed by external vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Trade school graduate or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Proficient in using power and hand tools safely.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Computer skills are preferred.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including outdoor and confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
