Job summary

nVent seeks an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to oversee maintenance technicians, assign work orders, and direct responses to breakdowns. The role includes supporting plant projects and performing complex troubleshooting across production equipment.

Strong leadership and hands-on maintenance skills are essential to ensure reliable operation and safety. The position requires a high school diploma or technical trade certification and 10+ years in industrial maintenance, with CMMS and PLC

Qualifications

High school diploma or technical trade school certification is required.
10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills; ability to make decisions.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail; safety conscious.

Responsibilities

Assign routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines and automation equipment.
Collaborate with Maintenance Manager on plant projects.
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment.
Train technicians on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Interpret engineering drawings and schematics; read maintenance work orders.
