Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician.

• Ability to perform manual repairs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect work performed by maintenance staff.
• Maintain inventory and a clean organized shop.
• Work with property manager to maintain the supply budget.
• Perform general maintenance including electrical, HVAC, & plumbing.
• Conduct manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
• Be on call as assigned by the property manager.
