Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for The Stillwaters, a 180-unit community in Apopka, FL. Initially roving to support other properties in the Orlando area until the site is fully operational.

You will oversee maintenance to ensure a positive resident experience, with responsibilities spanning repairs, preventative tasks, and supervision of maintenance staff. A strong trades background is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements and address issues as they arise.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
