Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Buzza Lofts of Uptown, a 136-unit community in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on maintaining property appearance and resident experience, with responsibilities including supervising maintenance staff and handling on-call duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of maintenance experience, proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair, plus HVAC and EPA experience. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Mansioni

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.

• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance staff and other personnel.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend when called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
