Job summary

The Link is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support the Maintenance and Community teams at the Dallas property. Under supervision, you perform advanced maintenance tasks, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC, and manage work orders to ensure quick, quality turnovers.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, grounds upkeep, safety compliance, and assisting with resident move-ins while helping preserve a high level of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily activities of the maintenance team and follow Vista Management policies.
• Mentor maintenance team in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform repairs throughout the property including common areas and units.
• Manage work orders in Yardi and ensure timely completion (24–48 hours).
• Support safety meetings and follow safety policies.
