Job summary

Mmsteam is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician/Team Lead (AWS) in Lexington, KY. You will lead a hands-on team responsible for motors, belts, conveyors, and facility systems while keeping production running safely and efficiently.

The role includes a 3-shift AWS schedule with 12-hour days and OT opportunities. Previous leadership and CMMS experience are required, along with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, industrial setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with production equipment and facility systems.
• Previous leadership, lead, or mentoring experience.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals; experience with CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Diagnose issues using schematics, manuals, and testing tools.
• Oversee parts inventory and maintenance materials.
• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and facility projects.
• Ensure OSHA/LOTO and safety standards are met.
