Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of Facilities Support Team.
• Ascertain and request materials for assigned projects to avoid overordering.
• Ensure team is trained, certified, and following procedures.
• Inform team of deviations or changes and adjust workflows.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to minimize hazards.
• Perform electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs on site.
• Oversee installation, relocation, or reinstallation of equipment.
• Maintain and repair air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
• Perform simple engineering calculations for proposed new equipment.
• Update mechanical prints when changes mandate.
• Maintain air conditioning and ventilation equipment per specs.
• Submit proposals for upgrades or changes to the department supervisor.
• Maintain maintenance records for each piece of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and inspect to determine maintenance needs.
• Serve as liaison with internal customers and vendors.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and document records.
• Comply with safety and health rules and company policies.

Other duties may be assigned.· Develop, motivate and challenge all Facilities Support Team Members to perform to their full potential through direct and timely formal and informal feedback.· Ascertain materials required for assigned projects, and ensure timely requests for the purchase of those materials.
