Job summary

Nice-Pak Products, LLC in Smyrna, TN seeks a maintenance supervisor to lead the plant maintenance team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and on-time production. You will direct maintenance planning, track performance, and coach team members in adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, utilizing CMMS and SAP for parts and maintenance scheduling, and driving continuous productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 (Preferred 5) years experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
• Must have experience with MS Word, Excel, able to learn SAP and CMMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control over quality, duration, cost and thoroughness of work.
• Training and motivation of maintenance work force
• Coordinate decisions to stay on schedule with Operations Supervisors.
• Technical guidance for repairs and modifications
• Setting, tracking and achieving crew goals and performance.
• Averaged planned maintenance should meet or exceed goal.
• Respond appropriately to off shift and off day problems and maintenance shift problems.
• Utilize the resources of engineers, OEMs, and contract resources in solving problems and improving productivity.
• Fill in for department management as needed.
• Manage overtime within budget.
