Job summary

PAK Solutions LLC in Lancaster, NH seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance in a high-speed manufacturing facility. You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure equipment uptime and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance technicians, scheduling tasks, tracking performance, managing budgets, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Some vendor coordination and planning for new equipment upgrades may be required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading maintenance teams or technicians.
• Strong maintenance & repair skills for manufacturing and facility systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS/maintenance management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industrial best practices.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably packaging.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize in fast-paced settings.
• Technical diploma/apprenticeship/degree in maintenance, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and schedule repairs.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and ensure uptime.
