Lifespace Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Abbey Delray South in Delray Beach, Florida. This role leads maintenance operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating staffing and renovations to support residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 3–5 years of applicable experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Certification, license or equivalent as required to operate or repair certain equipment.
• A state issued driver's license with a clean driving record per insurance mandates.

Responsabilités

• Generate responses to resident inquiries with urgency and escalate when needed, communicating tasks to higher authority.
• Implement production and quality control standards and follow-up on progress reports.
• Direct oversight of production activities in sub-departments including contracted services to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate daily staffing to complete all work and cover absences or reassignments.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
• Direct renovation projects for resident homes, health center, and interiors/exteriors as planned.
• Teach team members proper use of equipment, chemicals, and facility policies.
• Manage and maintain physical and disposable resources including equipment.
