Responsibilities

• Lead emergent repairs and track frequency of breakdowns.
• Organize, coordinate, and optimize team activity; minimize non-value-added time.
• Supervise and develop team members; conduct performance conversations.
• Monitor work order backlog and ensure timely response and data integrity.
• Enforce safety standards, LOTO procedures, and field tour/5S practices.
• Coordinate with Production for smooth workflow and productivity.
