Blue Magma Residential in College Park, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead property upkeep and repair operations. You will oversee maintenance staff under the Community Manager, ensuring a safe and professional living environment.

The ideal candidate holds HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and 4+ years in apartment maintenance supervision, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 4 years in apartment maintenance supervision.
• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, and inventory control.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Supervise maintenance personnel under the Community Manager.
• Maintain grounds and assist groundskeeper daily.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and tools; ensure professional appearance.
• Operate within OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Be available for on-call work and secure maintenance shops at close.
