KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Michigan to join our team. You will maintain the property, handle service requests, perform apartment turns, and respond to emergency calls with a focus on reliability and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge, EPA certifications, and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair. You must be comfortable using hand and power tools and be available for on-call coverage.

Qualifications
