Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and facilities across the production environment. You will develop maintenance plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with engineering to minimize downtime and optimize operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a manufacturing setting, familiarity with CMMS, and the ability to implement preventive maintenance programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• 2 years in a leadership role in manufacturing maintenance.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Prior work with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and evaluates maintenance policies and procedures; examines equipment and facilities to determine needed repairs.
• Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines to ensure continuous production operations.
• Directs maintenance staff and coordinates with engineering to improve products and processes.
• Develops preventive maintenance programs in conjunction with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Reviews reports to plan and modify maintenance activities and improve operations.
