Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift for the Carrollton Plant to lead maintenance of equipment, utilities, and facilities, ensuring continuous production and safe operations.

The role requires 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and CMMS proficiency. HS Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office tools is expected, with a focus on optimizing maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• 2 years in a leadership role in manufacturing maintenance.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Prior work with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Develops maintenance policies and procedures and analyzes information to determine needed repairs or installations.
• Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines to ensure continuous production operations.
• Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous heat, power, and air for operations.
• Develops preventive maintenance program with engineering and maintenance staff.
• Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports to plan activities.
