Trident Seafoods Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Lead to manage activities of vendors and maintenance mechanics at their plant in Carrollton, Georgia. This role includes overseeing the maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment, while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Trident Seafoods is North America's largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company. The Maintenance Lead directs and coordinates activities of vendors and Maintenance Mechanics engaged in repair, maintenance, installation of machines, tools, and equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Lead also assists with the maintenance of the buildings, grounds and utility systems of the plant. The Maintenance Lead will report up to the Shift Maintenance Supervisor and assist in the strategic needs of the department.

A minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment.
One year certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent experience.
Ability to operate a variety of hand tools including welding machines, cutting torches, pipe/tube cutters, power drills/saws, calipers.
Prior work with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Experience with interpreting a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
