Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to direct the maintenance team at Linden Lane. Responsibilities include supervising staff, inspecting properties, coordinating make-ready, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across grounds and common areas.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour with bonuses per property commission structure. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and life and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certified.
• Plumbing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and other work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
