Qualifications

• 3 - 4 Years: Commercial or Multi-unit Property – Required
• Clear and effective communication in English, both verbal and written
• Computer and smartphone literacy required

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates maintenance staff; recommends new hires and participates in performance appraisals
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment including HVAC systems; diagnoses problems and performs replacements
• Performs routine to advanced carpentry duties including doors, moldings, hinges, and trim
• Performs routine to advanced electrical duties including lighting, wiring, and switches
• Performs routine to advanced plumbing duties including unclogging, faucet repairs, and piping work
• Interfaces with contractors and vendors; drafts specifications and secures bids per bid process
