Formación

• Hands-on experience supervising a team of maintenance technicians.
• EPA 608 Type I & II or Universal Technician license required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Manage the preparation of vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times, ensuring timely completion and courteous service.
• Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
