Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or industrial technology preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor.
• Leadership in preventive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Determine schedules and assignments for maintenance work based on priority.
• Monitor employees' work levels and performance.
• Monitor inventories and maintenance shop conditions.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Recommend personnel actions and keep records of maintenance data.
• Develop and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching to employees to correct deficiencies.
• Examine systems and plans for needed installations or repairs.
• Arrange worker training in safety and maintenance techniques.
