Job summary

Ajasianfoods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise maintenance activities across plant assets, ensuring safety and GMP compliance while reducing downtime and costs. You will lead maintenance planning, manage spares, approve parts orders, and coach a team to maintain mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience; 5+ years supervising in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of USDA/OSHA regulations and GMP/HACCP.
• Experience with boilers, waste water systems and ammonia refrigeration.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance to keep equipment at optimum reliability and reduce downtime.
• Respond quickly to production issues and assign repairs.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory and purchasing within limits.
• Ensure timely work orders, preventative maintenance and documentation.
• Lead safety training and compliance with GMP/food safety programs.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule maintenance activities.
• Provide after-hours support for urgent maintenance needs.
