Job summary

The role reports to the Property Manager at The Park at 12Twenty and requires at least five years in maintenance, a high school diploma, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC, pool, EPA or similar certifications preferred.
• Ability to supervise a team and manage projects.
• English communication with tenants and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Evaluate systems to determine repairs.
• Plan work assignments and project schedules.
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and management on renovations.
• Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
