The ideal candidate has HUD/Tax Credit property management experience, strong leadership, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Responsibilities include rent collection, marketing vacancies, and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management (HUD & Tax Credit)
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Marketing and closing skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
