Job summary

Cemex US in Rialto, CA is seeking a Leadman to provide leadership and direction to hourly maintenance staff. You will supervise maintenance, coordinate with other departments, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to policies to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires strong knowledge of plant maintenance, SAP applications, and the ability to plan and assign work within time and budget constraints. Occasional travel and shift flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop preventive maintenance programs with engineering staff.
• Adhere to OSHA rules and wear safety equipment.
