Walbec Group is seeking an Aggregate Plant Maintenance Supervisor to support day-to-day maintenance, improve production efficiency, and train staff across multiple aggregate processing facilities in Wisconsin. You will oversee breakdown support, preventive programs, asset records, and work-order processes while driving reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in aggregate/mining.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, hydraulics.
Proficient with MS Office and CMMS software.
Ability to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

Develop scheduled and preventative maintenance programs.
Coordinate maintenance events from work order creation through closeout.
Assist with capital planning, budgets, ROI evaluations, and spare parts management.
Lead maintenance crews and train personnel.
Monitor KPIs including downtime and PM compliance.
