Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead a team of production maintenance associates, directing installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance of production equipment.

You will partner with plant leadership to develop sustainable maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and manage work orders and budgets. Strong data, reporting, and communication skills required; must ensure safety and quality while improving productivity.

Qualifications

• Four years of increasingly responsible facility maintenance experience including some lead supervisory experience.
• Valid drivers’ license required.
• Two years of college level course work in business, management, engineering, or a related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of production maintenance associates, directing maintenance and improvement activities including installation and maintenance of production machines and equipment.
• Develop sustainable maintenance processes with plant leadership to reduce downtime.
• Stay engaged with continuous improvement activities and coordinate equipment preventative maintenance.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders necessary to perform maintenance and service.
• Review maintenance records for accuracy and historical pertinence.
