Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of maintenance supervisory experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing, industrial, or production environment, including varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of hourly mechanical maintenance employees and contractors, fostering safety and teamwork.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations teams and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage contractor work to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-schedule completion of projects.
• Support planned outages, turnarounds, and equipment downtime activities.
• Review work orders, blueprints, mechanical drawings, production schedules, and technical documentation.
• Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and components.
• Prioritize, schedule, and assign maintenance work orders to technicians based on operational needs.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
