Job summary

White Cap is seeking a seasoned maintenance supervisor to lead a preventive maintenance program and ensure reliable facility operations. You will coordinate repairs, install electrical, piping, plumbing, and control systems, and train associates to uphold safety and efficiency.

Under limited supervision, you may supervise daily operations, engage with vendors, and ensure work orders are completed on schedule in alignment with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or an associate degree may be required.
• 7+ years of experience in relevant maintenance area.

Responsibilities

• Direct and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Coordinate and implement necessary equipment repairs to support day-to-day operation of the facility.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and ensure environmental and health/safety compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on all facilities related equipment.
• Perform installations of electrical, Process piping, plumbing, and control systems.
• Aid in the development and modification of maintenance procedures as necessary.
• Aid in the training and development of associates.
• Make necessary contacts with outside vendors for service and Information.
• Ensure completion of work orders safely and effectively based on priority and schedules, while meeting organizational requirements and in support of all company and corporate policies and procedures.
