Healthcare Linen Services Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Maintenance Chief to oversee the maintenance operations of our commercial laundry facility and lead a team of technicians. You will develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to keep equipment running efficiently, minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance management in a commercial laundry setting, a strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management in a commercial laundry facility.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Experience leading a maintenance team; must have excellent leadership skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
