Responsibilities include supervising daily work orders, HVAC troubleshooting, general repairs and make-ready turnovers, inventory management, and after‑hours emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• 3–5 years of multifamily maintenance experience; lead/supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and carpentry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
