Lead Maintenance HVAC - High Rise, Downtown Baltimore

Centerpoint Community, located in downtown Baltimore, is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC technician.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
  2. Resolve maintenance issues related to A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
  3. Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
  4. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and grounds maintenance, including common areas.
  5. Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • At least 12 months of onsite experience.
  • Valid identification.
  • HVAC certification is required.
