Job summary

Chandler Industries, Inc. in Blaine, Minnesota, seeks a Maintenance and Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance team across a multi-shift precision manufacturing operation.

You will maintain CNC machinery, production equipment, buildings, utilities, and facility systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency. Reporting to the General Manager, you will blend technical troubleshooting with team leadership, preventive/predictive maintenance, and facility oversight to reduce downtime and

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• At least five years of progressive maintenance experience in precision manufacturing.
• Experience leading employees, projects, or maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, production equipment, and controls.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Familiarity with OSHA General Industry regulations and TPM principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance staff; set priorities and track performance.
• Plan, schedule, document, and oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance using Limble CMMS.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for CNC machinery and electromechanical systems.
• Analyze downtime and root causes to improve equipment uptime.
• Coordinate equipment installations, relocation, and commissioning with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage facility maintenance, budgets, contractors, and spare parts inventories.
• Maintain equipment records and support safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
