Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
7+ years of commercial/institutional maintenance experience.
3+ years in a lead or supervisory maintenance role.
Strong plumbing and electrical experience.
Ability to read blueprints and maintenance manuals.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
US Citizenship and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot and repair commercial electrical systems up to 480V.
Perform interior and exterior painting and minor carpentry.
Coordinate work priorities with the Project Manager and Federal Facility Manager.
Maintain safety and document work with CMMS.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls after hours.
