Job summary

The role requires advanced plumbing skills, solid electrical troubleshooting, and experience with general building maintenance, painting, and minor carpentry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 7 years of commercial or institutional maintenance experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a lead or supervisory maintenance role.
- Strong commercial plumbing experience.
- Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
- Experience with general building maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.
- Experience using CMMS software.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- US Citizen and able to pass background check.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Direct technicians to complete work safely and efficiently.
- Maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, sanitary, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V.
- Coordinate interior and exterior building maintenance tasks and minor carpentry.
- Maintain CMMS documentation and support after-hours emergency responses.
