Job summary

Agropur, inc. is seeking a Maintenance Electrician in Little Chute, WI to oversee complex electrical systems, train apprentices, and lead project work.

The role ensures adherence to NEC standards and safety requirements while maintaining plant reliability. The position offers a day shift with a 2-2-3 schedule and competitive pay, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; electrical trade coursework required.
• 4+ years electrical trade experience; reads prints; troubleshoot circuits.
• State Master’s Electrician or Journeyman license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and modify electrical equipment, technologies, and processes.
• Lead plant projects and act as the point of contact for contractors as delegated by the maintenance manager.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance of electrical circuits.
• Install new electrical circuits and bend/install conduit per NEC and local codes.
• Troubleshoot circuits, motors, and equipment controls; support production teams.
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety policies.
