Job summary

TRUMPF Inc. is seeking an experienced on-site electrician in Farmington, CT to lead a team of electricians and coordinate with external vendors. The role requires an E2 license with an E1 to be obtained within the first year, strong schematics reading skills, and proficiency with electronic testing devices.

Qualifications

• Must hold an E2 license and obtain E1 within the first year of employment.
• Experience reading schematics and using electronic testing devices.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and performing bending/routing of conduit.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite electricians and coordinate with outside vendors for electrical work and repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical infrastructure and equipment; repair as needed.
• Utilize electrical testing devices to diagnose issues across machines and systems.
• Work on high voltage bus heads and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Be available on-call and maintain a maintenance work order system.
