You will manage work orders across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances; supervise preventative maintenance; and coordinate with vendors while participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment or building maintenance experience required.
• HVAC certification preferred (EPA Type I/II or Universal).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
