Job summary

The Tipton Asset Group in Plano, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the apartment community for current and prospective residents. You will be on call for 24‑hour emergencies and handle day‑to‑day upkeep to keep residents satisfied.

Responsibilities include grounds work, light landscaping, and assisting with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventive maintenance, using your own tools and applying HVAC knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of experience and HVAC certification.
• Own tools required.
• Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and maintenance staff.
• Possess basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
