Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years leading development teams
• Proficient in COBOL on IBM z/OS
• Strong JCL skills
• Experience with CICS and DB2/SQL
• Hands-on AI solution engineering experience
• Experience with Gen AI applications and assisted development
• Proficiency in prompt engineering
• Written and spoken English and Spanish at least B2

Responsibilities
