SPS is seeking a Lead Mailroom Associate in Horsham, PA to oversee daily mailroom operations, shipping, and workplace support, delivering efficient service and a strong client experience.
You’ll manage mail, coordinate carriers, supervise staff, ensure compliance with shipping procedures, and train backup personnel while maintaining a secure, organized mailroom. The role requires willingness to obtain an onsite HazMat certification for lithium battery handling, training provided by SPS.
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
Typical Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays; 8AM - 5PM / 9AM - 6PM (Tentative)
