Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing lead or supervisory role.
• Mechanical ability and experience running production machinery.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving.
• Experience with ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of various metal fabrication machines.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to production colleagues.
• Help the team achieve production targets by delegating daily tasks effectively.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards to protect the entire team.
• Utilize production machinery and provide coverage as a backup operator across stations.
• Assist in optimizing workflows, setting up machines, and resolving technical issues.
• Manage ERP data entry, work orders, and the efficient use of materials.
